Enrolling in English 31
If your child is accepted for English 31 classes, you will need to enrol in English 31.
Enrollment into English 31 happens on a yearly cycle. English 31 will send out a letter to current and prospective members during the month of June in order to prepare for the next academic year. This letter includes information on membership and tuition fees and instructions for payment. If you are accepted later than this, it is your responsibility to ensure you are a registered and paid up member of English 31 before your child starts our classes.

2018-2019 school year
It is now time to register your child/children for the 2018-2019 school year.
As voted at the last Annual General Meeting, the fees remain as follows:
- Association English31 Membership and Registration Fee: €150 per family, not per child.
- Tuition fees for all levels of the programme: €660 per child
All members (direct Airbus employee(s) or not) have to pay the family membership and registration fees of €150 per year.
Individual members (i.e. if neither parent is directly employed by Airbus) have to, in addition, pay the tuition fees of €660 per year and per child. For example, a family with one child would pay €150+€660, a family with two children in the scheme €150+€1320 etc…
Please be aware that, this year again, the registration process involves two steps for your child/children’s registration to be final:
- The payment(s).
- The online registration which must be filled in for every child: https://www.english31.org/student-registration-form/ If you have already registered then please logon to your account and check your details are correct.
We would be grateful if, depending on your membership status (Airbus direct employees or Individual Members), you could please write one cheque payable to English 31 or make an online Bank transfer before Friday 29th June 2018 for the applicable sum as described above (should you need any confirmation on the amount due, please contact us).

We appreciate that a full payment could create some financial constraints for some families. If necessary, we encourage you to contact our Finance team at firstname.lastname@example.org to support you and reach a mutual agreement.
The Membership and Registration Fees and the Tuition Fees cheques must be sent by post to the address above before Friday 29th June 2018. Please write the name and surname of the child/children on the back of the cheque(s) or include it as the reference in your online payment.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ASSOCIATION WILL ONLY ACCEPT A CHILD INTO THE PROGRAMME IF THE REGISTRATION FORM, MEMBERSHIP FEE AND TUITION FEES (WHERE APPLICABLE) HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BEFORE FRIDAY 29TH JUNE 2018. FAILING TO MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS, YOUR CHILD’S PLACE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE OFFERED TO ONE OF THE MANY STUDENTS CURRENTLY ON OUR WAITING LISTS. Payment of the membership and tuition fees are applicable for the 2018-2019 school year, or any part thereof. Members joining or leaving the scheme part way through the academic year are liable to the full annual membership and tuition fees.

Notes on Using the Website to Register your child
If you have already registered your child in previous years or when joining the waiting list for primary school then please check that your details are correct by logging on to your user account.
If you can’t remember your password then it is possible to reset it on the login page – an email will be sent to your email address.
If you have details to update then please select the settings icon on the right hand side of your account page and click on the “Edit Profile” tab. You can then edit the entries.
We use your email address to send you information throughout the year so please ensure that the address is correctly written and that you check it regularly.
If you only wish to give us one email address then please leave the second email address field blank.
Registering more than one child
If you have more than one child then you need to register them individually. You will need to set up a new username for each child but should be able to use the same email address for each account. However if you need to access your children’s accounts to edit them in the future you will need to login using the Username rather than the email address.
